Let’s get personal.
Welcome to my little corner of the web. I’m Dr. Syed Haider and I’m so glad to see you here and happy to help. I’m board certified in Internal Medicine with additional training in Functional, Alternative and Chinese Medicine. I have extensive experience working in hospitals, clinics, communities and online.
I spent over 15 years plugged into corporate healthcare and helped over 25,000 patients. But there was something missing. I finally realized that really great healthcare isn’t guaranteed by big budgets and pages of protocols. Humans aren’t cogs in a machine. Doctors aren’t interchangeable widgets and neither are patients. The best healthcare depends on people and personal relationships.
I believe in the power of lifestyle change and point my patients in the direction of healing and weaning off their meds, instead of adding more. Because simple symptom suppression, whether it be blood pressure or blood sugar, headaches or heart pain, necessarily leads to worsening of the root cause.
I’m here to serve your best interests. Sometimes that means medicine, at others it means lifestyle advice, a caring ear, or a kind word. I believe in chivalry and opening doors, generosity and gentle kindness, sincerity and simplicity.
Patients over profit.
If your doctor sees you as an ATM, you better make a run for it, because that kind of relationship is a hindrance to health. Results depend on intentions and my intention is to help you get well. I’m not interested in just selling you supplements or gadgets – I’ll point you to the ones I believe are helpful in the short term – but eventually the goal is to be strong and resilient with the least support.

I’ve worked in clinics and hospitals all over the country. From New York to Florida, Hawaii to Texas. Arizona to Virginia. I’ve seen the good and the bad, online and off. Mostly I’ve seen fractured and disjointed, impersonal and inconvenient healthcare. I’ve taken my experience and used it to create something that’s been missing for many patients: convenient, personal and professional physician services available from anywhere at the touch of a button.
